Wylie and Temera Millar are with North America Indigenous Ministries, and are placed locally within the First Nations people of the Lil’wat territory on the Mount Currie reserve.  Through trust and relationship their vision is to bring intimate reconnection to the Creator through the love and truth of Christ.

Temera Millar is First Nations from the Squamish and Lil’wat Nation and is the Recruitment Director for North American Indigenous Ministries. She graduated from the Native Indian Teacher Education Program (UBC) with a Bachelor of Education. After teaching she received her Master of Arts in Christian Studies from ACTS Seminaries.

Wylie and Temera met in 2007 and were married in 2012. Together they have two children. Wylie joined NAIM in 2017. A thoughtful examiner of the defence of the faith. Wylie enjoys meaningful conversations, writing, photography, and paragliding.

Together their passion is to see First Nations people being reunited in commitment and trust to the Creator, being empowered by the Holy Spirit, being free to be who they were created to be, and using their own redemptive cultural expressions of worship.  The vision is to disciple those who in turn will be ready to bring discipling and healing to their own people and our nation.
